Micro Pulverizer is a versatile equipment in the impact hammer mill category of grinding mills. The material is broken into smaller particles by impact against swinging hammers, and also a crushing action caused by impact against the liner Blade. There is a negative pressure created inside the grinding chamber due to the rotor which brings the material into the grinding chamber. Material exits the grinding chamber through the perforated sieve located in the bottom of the chamber. The residence time in the grinding chamber and in-turn the fineness of the material can be controlled by changing the sieve sizes.

In our AFD (Auto Feed & Discharging) models, the output material is collected in the collection chamber. This avoids the requirement of frequent changes while bag-filling and avoid the requirement of additional manpower. The rotary air-lock valve at the bottom prevents dust generation to maintain a clean working environment.

The machine is suitable for grinding material up-to 2.5 hardness on Mohs Scale. Micro Pulverizers are a versatile all-weather grinding machine for wide range of materials. Because of the shearing action of the swinging hammers this machine is suitable for grinding even fibrous material. The life of the beaters is dependent on the abrasive nature of the material. This machine is not suitable for grinding wet and sticky material. Ideally the material should not have more than 0.5% percent moisture for efficient grinding action.
